[Korea-India 2030 Generation] held its Forum at the Institute of Indian Studies (Hankuk University of Foreign Studies) on 2018-10-23

On the afternoon of October 23 (1:30 PM.), Professor Kim Chan Wahn, Director of the Institute of Indian Studies, hosted the KOREA-INDIA 2030 generation forum. Organized by the Korea Foundation for International Exchange, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with a vision to expand interpersonal exchanges, strengthening Korea’s interests by establishing a network base for India; a key player in the New Southern Policy, a diplomatic initiative of the Moon Jae-in government. The forum saw the successful attendance of the leading figures in India’s socio-cultural spheres to promote and invite the next generation of India’s leaders.

Rajiv Kumar, HK+ Research Professor of the Institute of Indian Studies, delivered a lecture on the importance of creating Korea-India network ties.

The visiting officials also brainstormed ways to improve this Korea-India exchange cooperation with Research Professors from the HK+ Project group of the Institute of Indian Studies.
